Scrutinized By Unhealthy Eyes

Be careful,' Jesus said to them. 'Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.' Matthew 16:6

I would love to be scrutinized but only by the word of God. When you are scrutinized by the world or a world systematic doctrine church person, they scrutinize you with unhealthy eyes. They look at the outside of appearance and stereotype you with things that don’t matter.

You know that you are living by the word of God but others don’t live with you, they will scrutinize you and stereotype you just like the police.

Now. Let's test that spirit.  Have you ever thought of wearing cornrows, a hoody, and a pair of Jordan shoes to church LoL. Can you imagine what people might say inside your church? They might say something like this, look at this worldly man or gangsta make sure that dude doesn’t stand on the pulpit.

You ask for help, and God sends help, but it is not the person you think it is. Because are looking at the outside appearance. You scrutinize with an unhealthy eye.

This is something that people did to Jesus, the same people who are supposed to be in the church. They would not accept him, because they had unhealthy eyes.

Lesson learned I would not scrutinize anyone. I will look at everyone with a healthy eye, in the eyes of Jesus.

Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:23, But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness?

Jesus refers to “the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.” Jesus’ point was that the teachings of the Pharisees were pervasive and produced hypocrisy and unbelief.
