Love Always Hope - Truth & Knowledge

June 26, 2024
Trey Knowles

Truth & Knowledge: Episode 68 – “Love Always Hopes” In this episode, Trey Knowles reflects on the truth that love always hopes—and that our ultimate hope is found in Jesus Christ. Every human longs for life, but Trey asks, how do we truly find it? Drawing from Hebrews 11:1, he explains that “faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen,” and that the life we hope for is revealed in Jesus, who declared in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” Trey reminds listeners that Jesus is the pure substance and living proof of God’s love, as shown in John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” To love the Son is to love the Father—and this love produces hope rooted in obedience and faith. He emphasizes that true hope comes from aligning our will with God’s, living out “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Jesus modeled this obedience perfectly, showing that real hope flows from loving God as He loves us. Trey warns that if our hope is placed in anything other than Jesus—such as behavior, lifestyle, traditions, or desires—we are hoping in the wrong things. We did not create ourselves, and we cannot give ourselves life; only God, the Creator of all, gives true and eternal life. He concludes with 2 Corinthians 5:1–5, reminding us that even though our earthly bodies may fade, we have an eternal home built by God Himself. Through His Spirit, He guarantees what is to come—a life of everlasting hope found only in Him.

Love Always Trust - Truth & Knowledge

June 21, 2024
Trey Knowles

Truth & Knowledge: Episode 67 – “Love Always Trusts” In this episode, Trey Knowles shares that while love always trusts, we must be careful not to be deceived. True trust is rooted in God, not in people. He reminds listeners that it is better to take refuge in the Lord than to rely on human strength. As Scripture warns, those who place their trust in man and turn their hearts away from God bring harm upon themselves. Trey emphasizes that genuine love trusts fully in the Lord, who is the only unfailing source of strength and protection.

Song: Take Me Home

June 17, 2024

This world is wicked; this could not be my home.  Jesus take me home, separate the Holy from the Wicked. I remember your word my Lord in John 14, you tell me do not let my heart be troubled. You believe in God believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me so that you also may be where I am.  You know the way to the place where I am going.

Song: Woke

June 17, 2024

If you don’t welcome these words shame on you, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for you.

Being Woke is obeying God's word and living in God's spirit. If you not living by the spirit of God how can you be Woke? You are blind, and the blind cannot lead the blind into light. If your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If the light in you is darkness, how great is that darkness?

Light covers over darkness, and knows what is right from wrong. To be woke you must have light. There is only one light, the son of God, Jesus Christ. Those who follow Jesus Christ will never live in darkness. Being Woke makes you aware of your sinful nature and makes you come to repentance to live by the spirit of God.

Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed for not being Woke, which means not living by the spirit of God. So you who do evil just like Sodom and Gomorrah, what makes you think you are Woke?

Its is written in Romans 1:18-32. The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.

Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator--who is forever praised. Amen.

Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way, the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, God gave them over to a depraved mind so that they do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed, and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant, and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy.

Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

Love Always Protects - Truth & Knowledge

June 14, 2024

Truth & Knowledge: Episode 66 – “Love Always Protects” In this episode, Trey Knowles discusses the idea that genuine love always protects — but that protection requires trust. When we fail to trust or listen to the one protecting us, we step outside the safety that love provides. True protection comes through faith and obedience. As Trey reminds listeners, no weapon formed against us can prosper because love stands as our shield. Citing Psalm 28:7, he emphasizes that “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me,” underscoring that through trust in God’s love, we remain guarded from harm.

Love Is Not A Status - Truth & Knowledge

June 07, 2024

Truth & Knowledge: Episode 65 – “Love Is Not a Status” In this episode, Trey Knowles explores the true meaning of love between a man and a woman, emphasizing that love should not be based on appearance, status, or superficial reasons—but on authenticity and sincerity. He challenges listeners to reflect: Does a woman need to be skinny to be loved? Do I love someone only for their looks? Making another person feel unloved, he explains, is never right. Trey draws from the story of Leah and Rachel in Genesis 29. Rachel was described as beautiful, while Leah was not, yet God blessed Leah in a special way—opening her womb and ultimately allowing Jesus to come from her lineage. This shows that God sees and values those who feel overlooked or unloved, and He has a way of “making up the difference.” Trey encourages listeners who feel unappreciated in relationships to trust that God sees their pain and will bring restoration in His time. Genuine love values a person’s heart, not their status or appearance. When love is based on what someone offers rather than who they are, it isn’t true love.

Song: I Am A Refugee

June 07, 2024

How does one become a Refugee? The wicked come to overpower, steal, kill, and destroy, the wicked trespass against the Innocent, making the Innocent Refugees. Persecuted physically, mentally, or influenced by wicked corrupted individuals. The earth is the LORD’s, everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; the earth is free and the Lord supplies all our needs. Love one another and be kind, our Lord tells us, surely the wicked do not want to do that. The earth belongs to the Lord and created the world for everyone, no one is better than no one. I Am A Refugee but my hope is in Christ which I will take refuge. Letting you know, that our promised land is not in the West, but in Christ in Jesus. For those in the West these messages for you, seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you, but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury. Those who think they are privileged in certain places on earth. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. So my Refugees take refuge in the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:1-10 tells us. For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. Meanwhile, we groan, longing to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked. For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. Now the one who has fashioned us for this very purpose is God, who has given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. For we live by faith, not by sight. We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord. So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. Trey Knowles, I Am A Refugee.

Song: I Got Growth

June 05, 2024

Many years ago black Americans struggled financially and were treated unfairly and brutally forced into slavery, today things have changed. There is no forced slavery there is voluntary slavery based on the desires of people's hearts.

The Slave Masters are the lawmakers and owners of companies who get rich by offering worldly nonsense. The slave masters of today operate like a devil. The same devil tempting Jesus in the wilderness. Some people are blind they will take what the devil is offering, Putting themselves in voluntary slavery.

A Slave should not want to be like his slave master, especially if the slave master is wicked in his ways and actions. Yesterday, and now today. Trey Knowles, I Got Growth comes to light despite all the evil that comes our way, with the confusion of not knowing who we are. When our eyes are wide open we notice we are no longer in bondage by sin, with its masters. We are free by Jesus our savior, walking in the promised land and not wandering around the wilderness wishing to have the privileges of the pharaoh, the world slave master.

When you do not know who you are, the enemy influences you with all types of evil (programming your mind), so that you will be cursed. Just imagine the devil telling your slave master I will give you the world if you bow down and worship me. Jesus rebuked the Devil, but your Slave Master did not and said yes to the Devil.

Now the Slave Master is trying to make you want, what he wants. Never forget what God has done. He freed us from Egypt into the promise of Jesus Christ. Leave the world and its ways behind and trust God because everything is free, the earth belongs to the Lord God and you belong to the Lord our God also. I Got Growth, I hope now you see the light.
